Progress and Mid Term Check Meetings
  • Dates: 12th (Progress) and 13th (Mid Term Check) February 2020
  • Location: Madrid, Puerta de Toledo (UC3M Campus)

Summary: all beneficiary and partner representatives and ESRs attended the meeting and a discussion on the progress of the project was held on the 12th February. This same day, the ESR representatives in the supervisory board were selected by the other ESRs. On the 13th, a meeting with the Project Officer was held.

TRIAL
Initial Workshop
  • Dates: 19th November 2019
  • Location: Madrid, Leganes (UC3M Campus)

Summary: this is the first meeting in which the already hired ESRs met each other and met with part of the coordinators. Several things were discussed: (1) Rights and obligations of each participant, (2) Transversal tasks (Social Networks, Webpage, etc.) organisation and (3) Use cases discussion.
