Description

The training program consists of scientific and experimental training on several inter-related topics of wireless communications, following the TeamUp5G research plan and the ESR IRP, as well as complementary skills training. The training on complementary skills provides knowledge to the ESRs in areas such as project management, financial planning, and dealing with IPR and technology transfer, as well as ethical and gender issues. Moreover, training on effective communication is organized in the form of courses on presentation and scientific writing skills, job application and CV writing.

The TeamUp5G training activities will be local and network-wide, and will include formal training, training through research, and training on transferable skills.
